Furnace Terms and Conditions

You may return your merchandise for store credit or you may exchange for another item within 14 days of receipt. Please notify info@furnaceskate.com to obtain authorization for return. Repack the item(s) securely in the box your order was shipped in, or something comparable, and return the package to Furnace.

Shipping and Handling

We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, as well as initial shipping charges at the time of the original purchase if an item is returned back to our location. Purchases that received free shipping will be credited back the value of the item plus taxes (if applicable), minus outgoing initial shipping costs if item is returned to our store. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Thank you for your support.

Apparel/Headwear

All items must be unused and include the original packaging
Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

Footwear

Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging. Try your new shoes on inside on the carpet, this will help keep your new shoes clean and returnable
If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on
Shoe brand boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes or something of comparable size
Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged
The condition of the shoe box containing the shoes is disregarded, we are only interested in the condition of the shoes. We are in the business of selling the shoes, NOT the shoe boxes. Damage to shoe boxes will NOT be considered in determining any agreed returns, particularly when joining our online raffles.
Orders processed from special online raffles are subject to the general guidelines mentioned above, as well as any additional fees accrued at the time of raffle submission that override these general guidelines that YOU willingly commit and agree to. These specific sales are FINAL!!!

Decks/Hardgoods

All decks must be un-skated and in brand new condition
No deck is completely guaranteed
Once a deck has been assembled, it or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
We do not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks
All deck returns are dealt with the manufacturer and are subject to their discretion

Orders will be processed within 2 business days.

Any accepted refunds will be subject to a 5% restock/processing fee of the total price (price of item + taxes + shipping)
